4 Point Play, Inc. (4PP) is the vision of
Dr. Duane McKinney, Senior Pastor
of Encounter Life Church in Temple Hills,
Maryland. Dr. McKinney, a sports
advocate, has experienced the need for a
youth sports organization that
incorporates mentoring, thought
provoking action, healthy lifestyle, and
community awareness.
4PP has accepted the mission to build
the mind, body, spirit and community
through sports and mentorship of
participating youth.

BOOK PERFORMANCE (mind)- We
strive to develop academic & intellectual
excellence in all the young people who
participate in our program. We prioritize
each person’s brain over the ball!
ATHLETIC PROWESS (body)- Train to
be the absolute best and to maximize the
athletic talents that each young person
has been blessed with.   
LIVE ON PURPOSE (spirit)- Our goal is
to first help young people discover their
God given purpose and then show them
how to live to fulfill that purpose. 
LOVE PEOPLE (community)- At 4PP we
believe that giving is truly the highest
level of living. We teach the importance
of caring for and giving back to their
community.
